1. ビザ・入管手続き

外国人の受入については国際法上の一般原則として、どのような外国人を受入れ・受入れないかを各国がその判断で決めることが認められています。
そのために世界のどの国も、ビザや入管手続きについての情報はあまり開示されていません。従って入管手続きにていては、長年の研鑽と経験の蓄積が成果をあげるための鍵になります。
当事務所は1994年に、外国人に代わって入国管理局に申請する申請取次行政書士制度を法務省が制定した時に、法務大臣の承認を受けて申請取次行政書士となり、以降世界60カ国以上の国の外国人の手続きを行い、豊富な経験を蓄積してきました。

2. 外国企業の活動拠点の設立、人事労務管理手続き

外国企業が新規に対日進出する時には、先ず活動拠点（日本支店・日本子会社）を設立します。
次に設立後には、日本の労働法に基づく人事労務管理が、外国人経営者には頭の痛い問題です。
当事務所は、ビザ・入管手続、外国企業の活動拠点の設立、人事労務管理手続についての必要な手続を、まとめてお引受します。

We are pleased to assist foreigners/foreign companies entering to/operating in Japan by providing professional legal services for immigration procedures, labor issues and establishment of Japanese branch/company. In the field of immigration procedures, Mr. I. Ohnishi, representative of the office, has been working as an immigration lawyer first-time approved by the Minister of Justice of Japan since 1994. During the period, we have processed applications of foreigners of approximately 60 nationals in the world. In addition, we are providing professional services for establishing Japanese branch of foreign country/foreigner invested company as well as labor issues.

In this respect, accumulation of study and experience on immigration law and procedures become important factor to success in obtaining permission.
We have been providing foreigners with professional services for immigration procedures since 1994, as an immigration lawyer first-time approved by the Minister of Justice of Japan. In addition, we are providing professional services for establishing Japanese branch of foreign company and foreigner invested Japanese company as well as labor issues.
In some case, content of formation of Japanese subsidiary affect work permit procedure.
It will not be easy for foreigners to properly understand Japanese labor laws as there is many Japanese special labor customs.
